MILLBURY — Asa Waters Task Force approves mansion facility improvements. The five-member board voted unanimously to fund basement window frame replacement and authorize electrical upgrades including portico light replacement, West lawn floor light installation, and fire alarm box relocation. Members also voted unanimously to purchase two ring doorbell cameras for the kitchen and handicap ramp.
In a contentious 3-to-1 vote, the task force approved moulding installation in the bride's room. The board is advancing a commercial kitchen design in two strategies to meet Board of Health requirements.
