MILLBURY — Board of Appeals rejects variance amendment, requires new filing for 26 Sycamore Street property. Applicant Kevin Parvin sought to amend a December 2024 variance for frontage relief after the original was not recorded within a required six-month window. Vice Chairperson Adam Kobel determined the Board is constrained by Massachusetts General Law, which bars action on amendments filed more than one year after the original approval.
The Board voted unanimously to accept Parvin's withdrawal and waive the filing fee for a new application, with the case likely to be heard in March pending a fresh abutters list and revised advertising deadline.
