Millbury Assessors approve one statutory exemption and act on abatements. Chairman Jonathan Cammuso, Vice Chairperson Jean Moroski, and Clerk Harold Proodian unanimously approved prior meeting minutes and voted unanimously to grant Sewer Betterments Commitment #62 and related sewer payoff warrant. Principal Assessor Cuong Tran presented 12 real estate abatements, three personal property abatements, and one personal property payment-in-lieu-of-taxes abatement; the board denied one personal property and one real estate abatement after applicants withdrew.
The board approved one statutory exemption with an April 1 deadline and signed motor vehicle excise tax commitments for 2009, 2021, and 2026.
