MILLBURY — Board of Assessors approves January tax relief and commitment warrant. The Millbury board unanimously cleared seven separate items: boat excise and motor vehicle excise tax abatements, real estate senior work-off relief, statutory exemptions, 38D commercial surcharge abatement, and betterment payoffs, along with the 2021 Motor Vehicle Excise Tax Commitment and Warrant. Principal Assessor Cuong Tran reported receipt of 15 Real Estate Abatement Applications, all submitted after the February 2 deadline, and said he will present findings to the board at future meetings.
The board signed two FY27 Chapterland Applications and noted an April 1, 2026 deadline for statutory exemption applications.
