Board of Assessors · Meeting of May 12, 2026
MILLBURY — The Board of Assessors unanimously retained its three officers for fiscal year 2027, reelecting Jonathan Cammuso as Chairperson, Jean Moroski as Vice Chairperson, and Harold Proodian as Clerk. The board approved multiple categories of April 2026 month-end abatements, motor vehicle excise, boat excise, sewer betterment, real estate, and personal property, all by unanimous vote. In its sole substantive hearing, the board voted unanimously to grant a $59,500 abatement to resident Nicholas Walls of 45 West Main Street, reducing his FY26 real estate assessment from $465,000 to $405,400 after he presented evidence of structural damage from a 1930 fire.
