MILLBURY — Board of Health approves free transfer stickers for seniors and disabled veterans. The Millbury board unanimously voted to eliminate the $25 fee for second household transfer stickers for spouses or partners of residents aged 65 and older, effective immediately. Board members James Morin, John Dufresne, and Ronald Marlborough also approved a $25 guest body art practitioner fee and waived the annual $100 application fee for funeral directors.
Residential transfer stickers expire June 30, 2026, with renewals beginning May 18.
