Millbury Board of Selectmen approves annual and election Town Meeting warrant unanimously. The four-member board voted 4-0 to adopt the warrant after removing and renumbering Article 13, with Health Director Julie Van Arsdalen reporting on departmental operations including 4,000 anticipated transfer sticker sales, summer camp inspections, and food establishment permitting. The board also unanimously backed salary agreements for the Town Manager and Police Chief, and accepted a $1,000 donation to the Senior Center Gift Account from Susan Gibbons.
A $1,440,000 bond anticipation note renewal for the Sewerage Pumping Station on Warren Street, set for April 1, required no formal vote.
