Board suspends motor vehicle dealer license; approves building fee increases

Board of Selectmen · Meeting of January 27, 2026

Millbury selectmen suspend auto dealer license after compliance lapses. The board voted unanimously to suspend the Class II Motor Vehicle Dealer License held by Mass Motor Auto LLC at 519 Southwest Cutoff due to failure to complete required annual Police Department inspection, a civil complaint, and vehicle repossession on the licensed premises; a 30-day review was scheduled. The board also unanimously approved increases to Building, Electrical, Plumbing, and Gas permit fees across residential and commercial categories, appointed four poll workers for the 2026 election, and approved the Little League Parade for April 11.

BSC Group presented Phase II design work for a 5.7 million dollar downtown infrastructure initiative.
