Butler Farm committee approves prior minutes, notes $4,800 account balance.

Butler Farm Re-Use · Meeting of March 18, 2026

MILLBURY — Butler Farm Re-Use Committee approved prior minutes and reported a $4,800 account balance at its March 18 meeting. The committee acknowledged a $675 donation from Kustomized Dezines for the farm sign and confirmed tilling will resume in late May once soil conditions allow. Committee members identified replacement of the basement door and cupola as 2026 priorities requiring quotes; Victor Irr will consult on pest control for the house, and Jenifer Thalhauser will coordinate with Kathy regarding bees at the property.

The committee also will request the Building Inspector attend a future meeting to discuss the pavilion ramp.
