MILLBURY — The Commission on Disabilities unanimously approved a formal name change at its March 12 meeting. Chair Michael Kennedy participated remotely while Vice Chair Daniel Jakes was absent; present were Treasurer Kent Stowe, Clerk Georgia Moir, Jim Clifford, and Deborah Dymek. The commission reported completion of an elevator replacement at Spark Millbury, 65 Canal Street, and discussed use of an $11,725 balance in the Section 22G accessible parking violation fines account for projects including Senior Center ADA upgrades, playground features, and accessibility improvements at multiple town properties.
