MILLBURY — Conservation Commission approves 50-50 cost-share for Eagle Scout bench project. Nathan Decatur of Troop 22 presented plans to install a five-foot bench and oak tree in the Brierly Conservation Area next to his older brother's bike repair station. Paul DiCicco moved to fund up to $1,350--half of Decatur's total project cost--with the Commission covering the balance if Decatur raises the remaining funds himself.
The motion passed unanimously 4-0. The Commission also continued three Notice of Intent hearings to May meetings while requesting that Waquar Ahmad at 8 Primrose submit an encroachment-correction plan and appear in May.
