MILLBURY — Conservation Commission approves two Certificates of Compliance at March meeting. The board unanimously re-signed the original July 2008 certificate for 23 Bayberry Lane after it was lost and never recorded at the Registry of Deeds, and unanimously issued a new certificate for 73 Auburn Road to resolve a title issue affecting the adjacent parcel. Agent Don Flynn reported a 22-foot retaining wall incursion onto conservation-restricted land at 8 Primrose Lane with no building permit on record.
The Commission continued the Lake Singeltary Notice of Intent hearing to April 1 as state regulators appeal the project's Order of Conditions.
