Conservation Commission continues work on local wetland and construction projects

MILLBURY — Conservation Commission defers four land-use matters and ratifies enforcement order. Vice Chair Jeffrey Raymond, Clerk Samuel Hill, Paul DiCicco, and Stacey Reed voted unanimously to continue the Certificate of Compliance for 31 Tainter Hill Road to April 15 and two Notices of Intent at 23 Ramshorn Road and 100 Riverlin Street to April 1, citing the need for revised plans, site visits, and state permit information. Agent Don Flynn raised concerns about tree removal and drainage at 23 Ramshorn Road, while supporting wetland restoration at 100 Riverlin Street.
The Commission unanimously ratified an Enforcement Order at 25 Ramshorn Road for unauthorized soil disturbance and retaining wall work within 100 feet of a regulated resource area.
