MILLBURY — The Millbury Conservation Commission ratified an enforcement order for 34 Nicole Drive. The board voted 4-0 to issue a positive determination allowing MassDOT to conduct herbicide vegetation management along Route 20, Route 146, and I-90. Chairperson Jeffrey D Raymond led the Commission in processing multiple wetland applications.
Property owner Christopher Polselli reported hiring consultant Glen Krevosky to develop a remediation plan and installing silt fencing.
