Council on Aging approves prior minutes and minutes-submission protocol

Millbury Council on Aging unanimously accepts prior minutes and approves a motion authorizing the board to submit meeting minutes to the town Clerk's office after approval. Director Laurie Keefe reported two Valentine events with strong attendance and upcoming programs including an Ireland tour and a Department of Conservation and Recreation presentation on the Blackstone River Canal. Transportation services continue to lead ridership across all WRTA communities, with 467 rides in October and 366 in November; the electric-vehicle van remains in regular use.
The council awaits notification on the FY26 Community Transit Grant and expects parking lot engineering plans from the Council of Regional Municipalities within weeks.
