MILLBURY — Conservation Commission votes unanimously to issue Order of Conditions for single-family home at 0 Greenwood Street. Chairperson Ronald Stead presided over the continued public hearing for the Notice of Intent, with design engineer Zachary Gless of Existing Grade Engineering, Inc., and proponent David Perkins presenting revised plans addressing prior concerns about stormwater management, stream crossing design, and wetland replication. Conservation Agent Don Flynn secured agreement on two wetland signs and proposed annual driveway and Cape Cod berm inspection as a deed condition, over the homeowner's concerns about maintenance burden.
