Millbury Conservation Commission approves four development projects and one hearing extension. The Commission voted unanimously to issue an Order of Conditions for the 100 Riverlin Street commercial project after reviewing revised plans addressing Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection concerns; approved the 23 Ramshorn Road single-family dwelling project following detail on stormwater management; and granted three negative Determinations of Applicability for a sunroom at 2 Bella Rosa Drive, retaining wall repairs at 25 Ramshorn Road, and a substation expansion at 50 Grafton Street. The Commission also allowed the 56 Davis Road property owner to remove up to 10 stones from an intermittent brook without filing a formal amendment.
