Millbury Conservation Commission unanimously approves Order of Conditions for detached garage and accessory dwelling unit at 3 Blanchard Drive. The project includes parking and ties into town sewer and water; Conservation Agent Don Flynn reported no issues with the plan. In continued business, the Commission pushed the Lake Singletary aquatic management Notice of Intent to March 4, 2026, to allow Solitude Lake Management to address outstanding Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection questions regarding a winter drawdown and herbicide/algaecide program for invasive vegetation management.
