Millbury Conservation Commission issues negative wetland determination, tables three hearings. The Commission voted unanimously to approve a negative jurisdictional determination for a 241-square-foot isolated wetland at 118 West Main Street, with Conservation Agent Don Flynn confirming non-jurisdictional status. Three notice-of-intent hearings were continued: Lake Singeltary to address DEP drawdown concerns, 100 Riverlin Street to May 6, and 23 Ramshorn Road to the next meeting.
At 8 Primrose Lane, owner Waqar Ahmad agreed to remove encroaching driveway pavement, establish a tree-line boundary, and permit signage on Conservation Land; he has already removed an inground pool, pavers, and shed. Chairman Ronald Stead announced he will relinquish the chair effective immediately and may resign from the Commission in June.
