Millbury Deed Filings Total 15, but Just Two Disclose a Sale Price
Millbury recorded 15 property deeds between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only two included a disclosed sale price: $323,000 for 8 Sullivan Place and $658,750 for a Millbury property whose street address was not listed in deed records. Those two prices produced a median of $490,875. The remaining 13 transactions, including sales tied to Millbury Federal Credit Union, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and a family trust transfer at 24 Horizon Drive, did not disclose a consideration amount. Wheelock Avenue and South Main Street each had two recorded transactions. With pricing disclosed for just two of 15 deeds, this period's data offers limited insight into overall market values.
