Millbury Deeds Show $530,000 Spread Between July's Priciest and Cheapest Sales

Worcester County Registry of Deeds records show eight Millbury property transfers between July 24 and July 28. Of those, three disclosed a sale price, ranging from $100,000 to $630,000, with a median of $592,500. Bay State Savings Bank appeared as buyer in two separate sales. Five of the eight transfers, including one involving a family trust, listed no sale price, which is typical of deed data and limits broader conclusions about market conditions this period.
