MILLBURY — Planning Board approves Old Common Road subdivision despite two dissenting votes. Chair Bruce M DeVault and Vice Chair Paul A. Piktelis secured approval of the definitive subdivision plan for Old Common Road and West Main Street, dated August 11, 2025 and revised through January 5, 2026, by a 3-2 vote, with Francis P.
DeSimone and Richard F. Gosselin, Jr. voting against. The board voted 5-0 to approve waivers 2 through 8 and separately approved waivers 1 with a 3-2 tally.
In related business, the board endorsed a 4-1 vote an ANR plan for 1 Brightside Avenue dated January 16, 2026, prepared by Tapper Land Survey, Inc. Interim Planner Eve Tapper announced her departure following the meeting.
