Planning Board backs four warrant articles, splits on subdivision deadline.

Millbury Planning Board endorsed four zoning articles for the spring 2026 Annual Town Meeting in a series of unanimous votes. Chair Bruce M. DeVault and board members Francis Desimone, Richard Gosselin, Jr., and Tony Ngo voted 4-0 to recommend favorable action on Articles 21, 15, 16, and 17; they voted 4-0 to unfavorably recommend Article 18, a Water Body Protection petition that town counsel deemed repetitive under a two-year waiting period.
The board also unanimously extended the Autumn Gates Phase II Subdivision construction deadline by five months to August 8, 2026, and voted 3-1 to endorse an ANR plan for 26 Sycamore Street, with Desimone dissenting. Vice Chair Paul A. Piktelis was absent.
