In other business, the board endorsed an ANR plan for Colton Road and Riverlin Street dated February 5, 2026, in a 3-1 vote, with member Francis P. DeSimone dissenting over concerns about conservation area status.
Chair Bruce M DeVault flagged the Earth Removal Board's three-year meeting absence and signaled the Planning Board should resume its role on that board.
