MILLBURY — Planning Board continues three land-use matters to March 23. The board voted 4-0 to continue a public hearing on the 100 Riverlin Street site plan and stormwater permit, as well as two subdivision applications at 26 Sycamore Street, with board members flagging legal concerns about the proposed split and noting missing signatures on required maps. BSC Group presented preliminary plans for Downtown Revitalization Project Phase 3, prompting Vice Chairperson Paul A.
Piktelis to request paper copies. Four members present unanimously approved February 23 minutes.
