Planning Board reorganizes leadership for new term

MILLBURY — The Millbury Planning Board reorganized its leadership, electing Bruce M DeVault as Chair, Paul A. Piktelis as Vice Chair, and Tony Ngo as Clerk in unanimous votes. All five board members present approved the ANR subdivision at 45 Rayburn Drive, endorsed by Planning Director Victor Panak and dated March 19, 2026.
The board continued a public hearing on 100 Riverlin Street's site plan and stormwater permit to June 8 and announced plans to draft zoning bylaw amendments for the fall Town Meeting warrant, including updates to floodplain district rules and data center regulations.
