MILLBURY — School Committee approves $250,000 in warrant articles for May town meeting. Chairperson Christopher Wilbur and the committee unanimously backed proposed articles authorizing $105,000 for technology and Wi-Fi licensing, $80,000 for a pickup truck with plow and sander, and $65,000 for exterior door replacements at Elmwood and Jr./Sr. High schools, plus authority to enter contracts exceeding three years.
Assistant Superintendent Richard Bedard presented a revised FY 2027 budget of $28,020,064, up 4.62 percent from FY 2026, with identified reductions of $270,109 across staffing, technology, transportation, and lunch monitor allocation to the revolving account.
