Selectmen approve motor vehicle dealer license hearing; finances and trails on agenda.

Board of Selectmen · Meeting of January 13, 2026

Millbury selectmen held public hearing on motor vehicle dealer license for Mass Motor Auto LLC. The Class II license held by Munis Tashpulatov at 519 Southwest Cutoff faced challenges including failure to complete police inspection, a civil complaint, and vehicle repossession on premises; the board discussed the issues but took no formal action. Finance Director Katie McKenna presented town funds and departmental budget reports.

Nature Trails Committee Chairman Bruce Devault reported the Stowe Meadow Conservation bridge closed for safety, the Rail Trail operating with three mapping kiosks, and town acquisition of land behind Clearview condos. The board unanimously approved the 2026 election poll workers list and approved donations to the Senior Center and Fire Department gift accounts.
