Selectmen approve motor vehicle dealer license with conditions after safety inspection completed.

Millbury Selectmen approve six-month Class II Motor Vehicle Dealer License for Mass Motor Auto LLC. Operator Munis Tashpulatov completed required police inspection, resolved a civil complaint, and issued a customer refund; the board voted unanimously to grant the license pending six-month review. In separate action, the board continued a public hearing on a National Grid and Verizon petition to install poles and underground utilities on Braney Road, pending a second site visit with property owner Chris Montitnaro of 103 Grafton Street.

Auditor Terenzio Volpicelli presented fiscal year 2025 financial statements emphasizing data-security risks, and staff presented two draft salary-schedule structures for board feedback.
