MILLBURY — Selectmen unanimously establish Town Manager Screening Committee as Karyn Clark announces departure. The board voted 4-0 to create the committee and 3-0 (with Chairperson Mary Krumsiek abstaining) to appoint Krumsiek to the panel. Clark reported the FY27 budget is finalized, with Town Meeting documents mailing April 21; the Police Department trained 46 people in Narcan use; and the Board of Health and State Police are conducting outreach to the unhoused population on DCR land.
