Millbury Sewer Commission approves drainlayers, connection permit, and abatement. Chairperson Gary Nelson, Vice Chairperson Happy Erickson Jr., and Clerk Richard Green voted unanimously to approve drainlayer licenses for J.B. Lanagan & Co.
Inc and William F Tully Jr (Standard Builders) for renewal, a sewer connection permit for 70 Worcester-Providence Turnpike #300 held by J.B. Lanagan & Co. Inc, and a $74 abatement for 43 Westview Avenue.
The commission met March 24, 2026 in the Small Conference Room with staff Brittany O'Connor and Mark Hollis present.
