Millbury Records Nine Property Transfers in September, but Only One Sale Price Posted
Nine property transfers were recorded in Millbury between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds data, but only one carried a sale price by the time records were compiled. That transaction, a $75,000 sale on Sept. 9 from Amanda J. and Christopher M. Everson to Charles River Bank, stands as the period's only recorded price, serving as the de facto low, high and median. The remaining eight transfers, spread across eight different streets, had no price yet available; figures often post within about a week of recording. With pricing data this limited, the month's transaction volume alone does not indicate whether Millbury's market was active or quiet.
