Sewer Commission approves warrants, reorganizes leadership

Millbury Sewer Commission approves summer warrants, abatements, and officer reorganization. Gary C Nelson (Chairperson), Happy Erickson, Jr (Vice Chairperson), and Richard Green (Clerk) voted unanimously to approve the Warrant to Collect Betterments (Comm 61 and 62) and the Sewer Billing Warrant. The board approved sewer abatements totaling $451.40 and re-elected Nelson as Chairperson, Green as Clerk, and Erickson as Vice Chairperson.
The commission approved a drainlayer license for Nicholas Rinaldo, Ledgewood Earthworks LLC, and tabled a decision on a private force main connection at 211 Riverlin Street.
