Millbury Sewer Commission unanimously approves drainlayer license for Soper, Elmwood Avenue abatement. The commission met September 8 with Gary Nelson, Chairperson, and Richard Green, Clerk; staff present included Mark Hollis, P.E., Director of Engineering, Facilities and Sewer Operations, and Brittany O'Connor, Office Assistant. The commission unanimously voted to approve a drainlayer license for Stephen Soper of Soper Construction Company Inc and an account abatement of $761.10 for 1 Elmwood Avenue.
