Millbury Board of Assessors resolves property assessment error, approves tax warrants. Jay Patel's billing error stemming from a finished basement assessment was corrected in FY26, Principal Assessor Cuong Tran confirmed, but state law prohibits retroactive adjustments. Chairperson Jonathan M Cammuso, Vice Chairperson Jean Moroski, and Clerk Harold Proodian unanimously approved eight items, including motor vehicle excise tax commitments for 2016, 2018, and 2019, along with June month-end abatements and exemptions.
