Board postpones votes on Fairbanks McGrath Road appeals

Millbury Board of Appeals continues Fairbanks zoning enforcement appeals, postpones votes. Chairperson Kenneth Perro and the five-member board held continued hearings on three enforcement appeals filed by Katherine Fairbanks regarding McGrath Road properties. Henry Lane represented Fairbanks in disputing allegations of zoning violations including dumpsters and commercial vehicle parking.
The board voted unanimously to close hearings on two of the three properties and postpone final votes to a later date.
