Only one of 15 Millbury deeds recorded in July had a sale price recorded
Millbury recorded 15 property deeds with the Worcester County Registry of Deeds between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only one listed a recorded sale price: $570,000, recorded July 7, involving seller James Francis Laney and buyer New Fed Mortgage Corp./Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc.; no street address was listed for that transaction. The remaining 14 deeds, spread across 14 different streets, had no price recorded. Several of those entries name banks, mortgage servicers or trusts as parties, consistent with mortgage assignments or discharges rather than conventional sales. Bed, bath and square-footage data were not available. With pricing recorded in just one of 15 transactions, this period's data offers limited insight into Millbury home values.
