MILLBURY — Planning Board approves extended hours for cannabis dispensary, sponsors floodplain amendment. The board voted unanimously to extend operating hours for the cannabis dispensary at 12 Latti Farm Road, with Melody Belliveau moving the motion and Paul Piktelis seconding. Planning Director Victor Panak explained that Millbury is currently not compliant with federal and state floodplain requirements.
The board voted unanimously to sponsor amendments to the Floodplain Overlay District.
