Millbury Planning Board approves Hampshire Craft Industrial Park site plan despite one dissent. The board voted 4-1 to approve the industrial park site plan at 100 Riverlin Street; Francis DeSimone opposed it while Melody Belliveau, Tony Ngo, Paul Piktelis, and Bruce DeVault supported it. The plan includes a two-phased landscape approach, access road, and a second fire hydrant.
The board also unanimously accepted a covenant as surety for the Old Common Road Subdivision and appointed Tony Ngo to the CMRPC Municipal Appointment.
