Millbury Planning Board continues 100 Riverlin Street development hearing to September 14. Louis Gentile of Insite Engineering presented the Site Plan Review and Stormwater Management Permit project to the board, which voted unanimously to defer a decision pending Fire Chief input on building access and landscaping buffer review for abutting neighbors. Residents Joel LaBounty and Lee Labou raised concerns about truck traffic and an access road behind Building 7.

The board also discussed a possible rezoning of Silver Fox Drive properties for potential Fall Town Meeting consideration.
