Finance Committee confirms new member, readies year-end warrant

MILLBURY — Finance Committee confirms new member joining board at next meeting. The committee approved minutes from its June 10 meeting unanimously. Finance Director Katie McKenna reported that year-end warrant preparation is underway and will be finalized once actual fund balances are known.
Members Russell L Wells, Sr and William Breault expressed interest in attending the Municipal Officers Association annual Finance Committee Conference in Sharon, Mass. The committee also addressed a scheduling conflict: its traditional November meeting falls on a holiday.
