Millbury Records 13 Property Transfers in Mid-July, No Sale Prices Recorded Yet
The Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded 13 Millbury property transfers between July 10 and July 14, 2026, but none of the deeds had a sale price recorded, so no price range or median can be reported this month. Nine of the 13 transactions named a bank, mortgage servicer or loan-registration entity such as Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc as a grantor or grantee. One deed, an unaddressed Millbury parcel, listed the same person, Barbara J. Chionchio, as both grantor and grantee. Transfers were spread across 12 different streets with no repeats.
