Planning Board Sponsors Three Articles for Spring 2026 Town Meeting

MILLBURY — Planning Board sponsors three articles for spring town meeting. The board unanimously advanced amendments to the Bramanville Village District (eliminating residential maximum setbacks), off-site parking regulations, and an S-2 zoning map change. Town Planner Victor Panak presented each article; all three passed with 5-0 votes.
The board also deferred a floodplain district requirements proposal to fall warrant pending receipt of updated FEMA maps in 2026, and adjusted meeting start time to 6:30 p.m.
