Millbury Town Manager Screening Committee engages executive search consultant. Chairperson Ronald Marlborough convened six committee members on June 23 to meet with Richard White, principal partner of Groux-White Consulting, who outlined the profile for the incoming manager, emphasizing financial skills, coordination with the Selectmen, and demonstrated community accountability. White requested that committee members submit names of qualified local candidates and said he would develop a candidate summary from their feedback.
White also met with the Board of Selectmen to introduce his firm and explain the search process. The committee's next meeting is July 13, 2026.
