The Town Manager Screening Committee held its organizational meeting and swore in all nine members. Ronald Marlborough was unanimously elected Chair, Richard Hamilton as Clerk, and Mary Krumsiek as Vice Chair. Assistant Town Clerk Beth Johnson distributed governance documents and emphasized that
