Planning Board approves stormwater permit for Greenwood Street project.

MILLBURY — Planning Board unanimously approves Greenwood Street stormwater permit with Saturday work capped 8 a.m.–noon. All five members present voted to sign the permit dated December 20, 2025, after the Conservation Commission cleared the project. Vice Chair Paul A.

Piktelis moved approval following a public hearing where member Francis P. DeSimone raised questions about weekend hours. The board also unanimously endorsed an Absence of Regional Impact filing for 2 Wilson Road, separating Parcel A.

Two major hearings--Old Common Road Definitive Subdivision and 100 Riverlin Street Site Plan Review--were each continued unanimously to January 26.
